Reunir toda la información que nos exige la nueva normativa cambiaria para poder pagar inter-company.

En este rol tus responsabilidades serán:

• Verificar la información de Despachos Pendientes que envía el banco – actualizar los datos en el Excel de seguimiento

• Armar el detalle de los pagos a realizar en el mes – revisando que coincidan los saldos FOB que figuran en el Citi

• Sacar un aging semanal - revisar que estén todas las facturas de los despachos a pagar

• Solicitar al equipo de Manila el ingreso de las que no se encuentren en Oracle – hacer seguimiento

• Armar los legajos por ICO, pasarlos a Tesorería para subirlos al banco.

• Atender todo entrenamiento de carácter obligatorio dispuesto por la compañía, como ser los relacionados a Trade Compliance y toda temática relacionada a cumplimiento de normativa legal y/o corporativa, pudiendo además ser referente en dichos temas si así se le requiera.

Para este rol se necesita:

• Estudiante inicial o intermedio en carreras de Administración, Contador o afín.

• Manejo de inglés intermedio.

• Manejo intermedio – avanzado de Excel.

• Conocimientos en sistemas de gestión de calidad
