As Workplace Experience Specialist, you will ensure clarity of communication across all channels (Yammer, Appy, email, screens, meetings) and have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects as well.

Main responsibilities:

• Administrative tasks to populate various information and programs across the Hungarian community; write/edit Workplace Experience, HSE, and Security communications/news (in Hungarian and English).

• Develop hospitality actions and events at all Budapest sites. Provide administrative support to Workplace Experience (WX) programs and internal events (prepare, schedule meetings, reports etc.).

• Facilitate Workplace Experience and HSE internal communications at ALL HANDS - Hubs’ meetings and Onboarding Days.

• Maintain communication calendars (HUB’s and Global Operations WX’s).

• Actively participate in RE project (2024-2025) and further projects. Monitor project progress and provide oversight to ensure projects are completed promptly and within budget; RE cost monitoring (invoices). Keep track of and report on project progress, preparing project tracking tables/graphs.

• Management of outsourced services; check the completion of work/delivery of goods executed by vendors and contractors.

• Monitor and recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.

About you

Experience:

• Relevant professional experience in either facility management or a communication function

• Experience in assisting with real estate projects

Soft and technical skills:

• Good IT skills at the user level

• Autonomous with strong delivery skills and a results-focused personality

• Client and service-oriented, analytical, entrepreneurial

• Self-confident team player, able to give and receive feedback and advice

• Ability to think strategically and take a helicopter view, while also being able to dive deep into operational problems when required

• Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team

Languages:

• Fluent English knowledge; Hungarian is a must
