Currently we are looking for a new colleague to join our sourcing team supporting our Netherlands-based client who is enhancing fuel efficiency in cars and planes but also is aiding in global water conservation and creating vibrant smartphone cases.

This role is for Sourcers who enjoy discovering talents for the big spectrum of roles.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Cooperating with Talent Advisors and Hiring Managers

• End2end responsibility for candidates in the process

• Sourcing for niche or demanding roles

• Conducting detailed screening calls with candidates

• Learning new things everyday - you will be responsible for variety of roles (white and blue-collar)

• Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment process

• Working on the Dutch market

What you need to bring:

• Previous sourcing experience (being used to working with a variety of roles is a plus)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - you will work closely with Hiring Managers and take care of candidate journey

• Experience from working in a Dutch market is a plus

• Fluency in English and Dutch - you will work in both languages

• Happy to go to the office once a week
