What you’ll do:

As a Senior Data Analyst You will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) process, systems and databases related to several core EHS activities across the region in line with Eaton’s EHS approach, the regional and global EHS strategy. Specifically responsible for deployment and reporting from our EHS reporting systems and creating, maintaining, improving EHS Dashboards, while working closely with the EMEA EHS Leadership team, the global Compliance team and EHS business leaders in other regions as needed. Your key tasks will be:

  • Update, maintain and improve Power BI reports (EMEA only and global) consolidating data from MESH Prism, SharePoint and other sources

  • Undertake regular analysis of EHS incidents, MESH deployment and other EHS leading and lagging indicators.

  • Be the go-to person for question on Power BI reports and produce regular and ad-hoc reports as required.

  • Produce Monthly EHS Management reports for EMEA and EMEA Electrical.

  • Maintain and update several SharePoint sites, manage access and communicate changes to the EMEA EHS community.

  • Coordinate and maintain the EMEA MESH procedures and guidelines ensuring regular reviews Organize online trainings

  • Coordinate and maintain the MESH schedules and assessor lists in EMEA, support thee global Compliance team in managing changes in the schedule

  • Create and communicate EHS action alerts and produce regular reports on the status

  • Coordinates specific projects and programs as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant area preferred

• Minimum of 5 years experience in one or more of the applied areas and 3 years working in a business setting.

Skills:

• Strong spoken and written English language skills

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Expert in MS office programs, Power BI

• Knowledge of MS SharePoint

• Ability to thrive in a matrixed management

• Ability to inform / influence others
