What you’ll do:

The primary function is to support sales operations in EMEA by creating and updating product configurators for the region (BidManager) in cooperation with Country Sales Organizations, Business Units and IT teams.

Main functions:

1- Develop relational data tables to configure Eaton products, create algorithms & logic to support product selection, create and maintain relevant sales and customer-oriented specifics (pricing, configurators, calculators, analytics, etc.) as well as marketing and technical documentation supporting these.

2- Provide direct pre-sales technical support for assigned IT tools

3- Ensure data flow from a configurator, through CPQ to ERP, meet SAP standard order flow

4- Support Product Managers in keeping IT tools and mandatory information in the tools up-to-date, introduce standards and scalable solutions

5- Perform test with key users to confirm proof of concepts

6- On going Service Now support for bug fixing and enhancements

Qualifications:

University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science and/or Business, or equivalent knowledge

Skills:

  • Demonstrates at least basic knowledge on power electronics

  • Experience in electrical installations and design is an advantage

  • Experience in SQL - relational databases, AutoCAD (optional),

  • Azure DevOps (optional)

  • Basic SAP knowledge

  • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects with tight deadlines

  • Ability to work in a highly international environment / in virtual teams (across different locations) / in a matrix organization

  • Ability to think and act strategically

  • Must be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm

  • Must be strongly customer-oriented

  • Good written & oral communications skills

  • Good presentation skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English
