You will contribute to the development and operations of an ABAP-based application that is part of the S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition in the functional area of sales and solution billing.

You will work closely together within the teams and across teams to improve and enhance the features and SaaS capabilities of our solution. A specific focus will be on including GenAI and machine learning capabilities into our business process development.

In your role your will debug oursoftware using systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for SAP software

What you'll do:

• As a Quality Engineer you will be part of a Scrum team that is responsible for implementing features and functions according to the defined backlog in a DevOps environment.

• You will develop and execute software test plans; analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action, and consult development engineers in the resolution of problems.

• In this context, you will be responsible for ensuring consistently high quality with a high degree of test automation after all, you, asa developer in a DevOps team, are responsible for issues that come up in any deployments.

In your role, you will track and solve issues that come up in customer cloud systems and actively engage in the continuous improvement of cloud qualities in development projects.

Being part of the S/4 Hana Cloud Public Edition - Sales Billing team positions you in the core of the S/4HANA cloud development. Our team owns the S/4HANA customer invoice, a central object combining the requirements and processes of sales, services and financials and reflecting legal requirements. For us developing software is an end-to-end responsibility from design to support. We are working in close cooperation with our customers. Our daily challenge is to ensure high volume invoicing runs smoothly, on time, and highly automated. We are on our journey to modernize our solution by enabling and enhancing SaaS capabilities and including AI capabilities in our offerings.
