TPM – Application Forerunner (OCI)

The TPM (Technical Program Manager) role is a key Individual Contributor role, within the App Forerunner Team in OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). The team is tasked with partnering with internal business units to drive adoption of cloud native tooling and migrating existing SaaS application onto core OCI services.

This virtual team is located globally and works with a wide range of internal business unit teams on complex migration programs, this is a high pace environment working on the cutting edge of cloud technology and the team is accepting and adaptable to change.

Understanding various cloud technologies, the ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbally, have experience leading technical programs, and a history of leading large-scale projects end-to-end.

Must Have Skills:

· 5+ Year’s Experience as a Technical Program Manager

· BS or MS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science (or related field)

· Previous experience or understanding of cloud technologies and delivering programs in this field.

· Experience in an agile project environment.

· Excellent Stakeholder Relationship & Management Skills (Up to VP Level)

· Excellent Communication skills

· Independent and self-starter

· Experienced in planning and delivering complex programs to committed timelines.

Preferred Skills:

· PMP Certification

· Scrum Master (Equivalent Agile Certification)

· Experience leading projects with no dedicated team members.
