Nestle Junior Brand Manager NESCAFÉ Mixes (fixed term.) in Budapest, Hungary

Position Snapshot

Position Summary

NESCAFÉ is a market leader brand in coffee with Mixes being a key pillar. NESCAFÉ Mixes means brands like NESCAFÉ 3in1 and NESCAFÉ Cappuccino.

The Junior Brand Manager is supporting the Brand manager of Mixes category in optimising and activating the Global/Regional brand strategy to deliver optimal brand experiences that delight consumers resulting in regenerative growth in Hungary.

A day in the life of a Junior Brand Manager NESCAFÉ Mixes…

  • Understands the omnichannel environment and contributes to the development of category strategy; participates in developing recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy and on the selection of SKUs for key channels and key customers.

  • Prepares retail analysis and insights on market (Nielsen, market data) and prepares recommendations to Brand Manager

  • Contributes to the development of strong and functionally-aligned brand and annual plans in close collaboration with the Commercial Development Team (CDT) team and the Brand Manager.

  • Provides best-in-class Marketing plan execution, tracks and monitors impact on brand performance and brand health.

  • Understands impact of investments on the brand performance and help to brand manager to keep close track of the budget.

  • Contributes to creating engaging selling stories for Sales & CDT team to enable triple win mindset and support the activations and new product launches.

  • Together with Brand Manager, develops understanding of target consumers, leveraging the consumer portrait and brand framework.

  • Manages the execution of the defined innovation and renovation pipelines. Applies efficient, effective, flawless End-to-End Management to Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects to bring the pipelines to life.

  • Orchestrates local adaption and implementation of packaging changes to maximise local consumer experience, ensuring our brands are 1st choice, whilst protecting

  • Supports Brand Manager in leveraging data to optimise and activate Brand Engagement Toolkits, carefully selecting optimal content & media mix to maximise effectivness to deliver long term equity and short term growth

  • Project management: independently manages projects, management and phasing of marketing budget and tracks and analyzes performance. Strong focus and understanding of Brand P&L.

  • Collaborates with agencies and ensures the execution of the all brand communications contribute to enhancing the company's reputation:

  • Manages media campaigns with media agency and Brand Manager from plans to execution & post-evaluation

  • Execution of the Youth recruitement strategy for NESCAFÉ 3in1 in HU

  • Manages localization of brand media assets with local and central agencies & service lines

  • Supports and develops Marketing Trainee of the category
