What you’ll do:

As an HR Services Team Lead you will support the development and execution of HR strategies that enhance workforce performance and support business growth. This role requires an emerging leader with the ability to manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services. The Team Leader will also contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives, and maintaining compliance with local labor laws.

Reporting to the EMEA HR Services Director, this role is expected to manage one of the contact & administration center teams supporting facilities located in various countries in EMEA region. The responsibility of the Team Leader is to leverage the talent of a team of professionals based in Budapest to ensure successful delivery of services to internal & external customers.

  • Oversee a team of 8-10 HR professionals, fostering a collaborative environment, setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and conducting annual reviews.

  • Ensure efficient and prompt delivery of HR services, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing inquiries and issues to ensure high employee satisfaction.

  • Seek ways to improve HR service delivery through process optimization and technology enhancements, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging technology for data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage HR operations to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and align local practices with global standards.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company strategic goals.

  • Participate in talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, advising on HR best practices and organizational development initiatives, and act as an escalation point for the HR Services team.

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement, measure the impact of HR initiatives, and support issue resolution processes, including root cause analysis.

  • Support the management of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.

  • Identify gaps in team knowledge, deliver training to produce measurable results, and coordinate team meetings to drive and support the HR Services team in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and other KPIs

Qualifications:

  • University Degree

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations as part of a BSC/SSC environment

  • People Management experience

Skills:

  • Experience in HR service delivery and team leadership in a multinational environment

  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, with experience in supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies

  • Ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Experience in delivering presentations and training sessions is beneficial.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to support decision-making

  • Proficiency in using HR metrics and analytics tools is a plus

  • Proficiency in HR information systems and other HR-related technologies

  • Experience in leveraging technology to improve HR processes and decision-making

  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all HR practices. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
