The HR EMEA Benefits Operations Analyst is an important data handler who ensures that all benefit data for each and every country is in the system accurately and on time before the given payroll run. In case of any enquiry provides the answer with timely manner and high level of customer care. Works transparently according the actual process and Citi guidelines. Has a good contact with the key stakeholders and willing to develop.
Responsibilities:
Benefits administration for multiple countries including data entry, document distribution and reporting
Invoice validations and payments registration to the system
Provide a high level of customer service
Work with users and stake-holders to identify system and process development opportunities
Collaborate with HR benefits team to implement changes in country benefits
Ensure that process documentations are always up-to-date
Ideal background:
Excellent communication skills in English
1+ year of professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong Administration skills
Able to think and work independently
Proven organization and time management skills
Analytical skills and attention to details
