Randstad US French-speaking Recruiter in Budapest, Hungary

As a member of our French-speaking Recruiter team, you will manage the recruitment processes for renowned international clients in the French aerospace industry. Utilizing your French language skills and customer-focused mindset, you will recruit candidates for apprenticeship and internship programs in France.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Publish job ads for a mix of white-collar and blue-collar roles, including internships and apprenticeships.

  • Conduct briefing calls with client Hiring Managers.

  • Screen applications and assess candidates.

  • Prepare shortlists of successful candidates and present them to Hiring Managers.

  • Collect feedback from Managers and provide advice.

  • Contact successful candidates and extend offers.

  • Collaborate with the administrative team.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Previous corporate experience (recruitment experience not required; backgrounds in administrative or customer-facing roles are welcome).

  • Fluency in French and English, as both languages will be used daily.

  • Proactivity and strong organizational skills to plan ahead.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to professionally represent Randstad Sourceright externally.

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2-4 times a month in the Budapest office).
