About the Function

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Tower is part of Global Business Operations and provides oversight on commercial and financial performance, supporting the business with analysis and insights to support business decision and foster an environment of control and compliance.

This role specifically is responsible for Cash forecasting for the Ireland market and supports the FD and Head of FP&A in delivering the cash improvement agenda.

About the role

  • Comprehensive Financial Analysis: Dive deep into financial data, uncovering insights across various business dimensions related to cash management in the Ireland market.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Own the creation of robust annual plans and maintain a consistent monthly performance analysis, ensuring all cash-related forecasts and insights are delivered timely.

  • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with In-market Finance, Regional teams, and other business functions, providing financial and commercial expertise to drive efficiency and strategic projects, striving to meet cash targets.

  • Cross-functional Influence: Foster strong relationships with senior-level internal partners and peers, delivering accurate and timely reporting, responding to ad hoc requests, and supporting robust strategic planning initiatives.

  • Guidance and Mentorship: Offer guidance within the team and across other departments on planning, analysis, and forecasting, ensuring clarity and adherence to policies and procedures.

  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Generate insightful ad hoc analysis to aid in high-quality decision-making on cash management and support customer terms negotiations.

About you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

  • 5-6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Financial Controlling with a focus on cash management

  • Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment

  • Proficient in BFC, BW, SAP, and PowerBI solutions

  • Strong background in financial and commercial analysis

  • Proven track record of connecting with partners at various levels

  • Ability to adapt to different market environments and cultures

  • Ability to independently resolve sophisticated problems

  • Proficient in English
