Title and Summary
Executive Assistant
In this position you will be:
Acting as the first point of contact to the country manager
Acting on behalf and representing the country manager as required, including managing calls, meetings, expense reporting and other business related tasks.
Providing personal assistance like calendar management, travel arrangement, etc.
Organizing internal team events and volunteering initiatives contributing so towards a friendly work environment
Assisting team members in administrative duties such as expense reports and travel arrangements
Coordinating financial planning and reporting with relevant stakeholders
Working closely with other departments, like HR, finance, IT, facility, and coordinate between them and the local staff
Working closely with the local marketing and sales team, assisting them in various tasks upon request
Administrative task management related to the company’s Hungarian entity (Ügyfélkapu)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English
Ownership mindset and proactive attitude
Professional user of Microsoft office products
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
Strong organizational skills with the capability to multi-task
The ideal candidate for this position should:

Have a can-do attitude, flexibility
Have basic knowledge of MS Excel
Confident working alone and in teamwork as well
Identify areas where resources fall short of needs and provide thoughtful and sustainable solutions to benefit the team
