This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our executive functions and enhancing the productivity of our leadership team. This position supports 3 Vice President with responsibilities including managing calendars, preparing agendas, documenting and sharing notes of meetings, dealer contract approval process, making travel arrangements, administering virtual meetings and preparing expense reports.

The incumbent is fully responsible for representation of the Vice Presidents and the team towards internal customers at all levels as well as external customers and dealers. In addition to the coordinating, be responsible for some project-based activities and/or tools.

Your Impact

  • You will manage and maintain complex calendars for executive leaders as well coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings

  • You will organize travel bookings and ensure that bookings are compliant with our Travel Policy

  • You will arrange and managing meetings including the locations, preparing the agenda, transportation bookings and organize the catering

  • You will host Townhall Meetings

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or any comparable

  • At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role in an international environment

  • Multiple language skills (English; German; French)

  • Proficient in Microsoft office product suite /Teams, Word, excel, Power Point)

  • Great communication skills

GCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
