Sanofi Group DevOps Product Lead- Digital People Services in Budapest, Hungary

  • Location: Budapest – Sanofi Business Services, Váci Greens

  • Flexible working: 60% home office / week

About the job

You will enable product teams to deliver new capabilities faster and more continuously through a closer partnership with operations teams. You will identify and optimize the interdependencies between product development and operations through a collaborative approach of continuous delivery.

In this role, you will have product(s) vision and will drive collaboration, transparency, and clarity between multiple teams, and functions, while cultivating a culture of user-centric design. This role will involve leveraging automation, efficiency, and technology to build a solid data foundation and enable effective decision-making, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with internal and external regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day Product Delivery and Operational tasks prioritized in line with the strategy set out by the Product Line Manager/Product Owner(s).

  • Support Product Line Manager/Product Owner(s) for all aspects of the Product lifecycle to drive business value while optimizing costs; Responsible for setup & monitoring of product operational activities according to defined Service Level agreements.

  • Identify, communicate and execute continuous improvement opportunities related to on/offboarding process and solutions.

  • Support Product Owner(s) with technical execution of product-related, end-to-end customer and business operations and experiences.

  • Inform and influence relevant stakeholders to deliver and support successful DevOps functionality.

  • Partners with peers to drive the continuous improvement of processes, user experiences, and application optimization in alignment with business stakeholders.

  • Work with the managed service provider(s) to assess KPI’s related to product(s) support.

  • Monitor incidents and service requests for timely resolution, identify optimization opportunities for value added delivery.

  • Create and maintain Knowledge articles related to the product(s) support and identify opportunities to improve user experience.

  • Coordinate and support SOX or GxP audits related activity for the product(s).

  • Ensure that DevOps activities are executed in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements.

About you

Experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Product Management, Service Management and vendor relationship.

  • Familiarity with common software and tools, including ServiceNow, Workday, SAP Fieldglass etc.

  • Product management skills, including Agile Methodology and DevOps.

  • Experience in On/Offboarding process lifecycle is a plus.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical, continuous improvement and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills.

  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner.

  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with different levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in parallel, organized with ability to prioritize multiple task.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
