As Continuous Improvement Specialist within our Process Excellence & Innovation team you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering continuous improvement mindset across the whole organization and developing our strategies, methodologies and tools.

Our Team:

This position is part of Sanofi Business Operations, within Process Excellence & Innovation organization and reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement.

Process Excellence & Innovation drives continuous improvement and process excellence, ensuring existing service towers adopt a standard framework, methodologies and tools to deliver upon end-to-end process excellence ambition.

The role will provide Continuous Improvement support to help standardize and transform our end-to-end process. The role is focused on complex initiatives, that can span transversally across end-to-end process areas and regions, in an environment with a high degree of interdependancy.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide Continuous Improvement (CI) support to Business Operations department.

• Contribute to the CI framework.

• Support tools utilization for various CI initiatives or programmes.

• Contribute to some CI initiatives under the supervision of a CI Lead peer.

• Disseminate CI culture across Business Operations department

• Execute CI training programs

• Contribute to CI governance with various stakeholders

• Provide the right factual data to Process Owners so they can take the best decisions.

About you

• Experience :

• 1-3 years experience in GBS / BPO Shared Services industry or consulting industry.

• Certification in CI methodology (Ideally Green belt, minimum Yellow Belt).

• Previous experience in business process in scope (like Finance, HR, Procurement , Manufacturing & Supply or R&D)

• Previous contribution to CI programs with tangible outcomes.

• Soft skills :

• Excellent written and oral communication & inter-personal skills, ability to develop high-quality documents

• Entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently and take initiative under pressure.

• Strong collaboration mindset with ability to work with a group of people with different functional expertise.

• Efficient analytical skills, attention to details.

• Technical skills : Knowledge/certification on Continuous Improvement methodology (ideally Lean Green Belt)

• Education : Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Science

• Languages : Fluent in English is mandatory. Other language is a plus.
