Your Role and Responsibilities

A sneak peek into this role:

As a Benefits Professional, you will be responsible for all operational and delivery aspects and overall integrity of IBM's global benefits, absence programs, including managing the operational aspects of our vendor/supplier relationships also with regards to quality and service delivery. You will work closely together with other Benefits SMEs, Benefits Administrators as well as with other IBM functions on matters involving legal compliance, employee relations, employee communications and financial reporting related to the benefits programs.

• Supporting the Implementation and execution of Benefits programs and Benefits program design changes

• Resolution of exceptions and escalations

• Maintain policy and process documentation and provide guidance

• Ensure overall compliance

• Ensure data privacy rules are followed

• Process simplification and automation

• Performing all activities for the Car Perquisite Program for Netherlands. This includes (but is not limited to) eligibility reviews, ordering of cars, handling of car allowances, certain controls, and checks

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What you will bring to the team:

• Excellent Dutch, and good English language skills

• Excellent and Effective communication skills, and customer focus, able to work to tight deadlines, cope with peak workloads and maintain high standards

• Excellent team skills, especially remote teaming, strong Excel skills using Microsoft Excel for data entry / tracking / analysis / reporting.

• Able to work alone when required, be self-sufficient and proactive, must be precise and accurate and work to tight deadlines.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with the following are bonus points, but not necessary, you can learn them at IBM:

• French language is desirable, and any other languages.
