Citigroup Authentications Support Senior Analyst in Budapest, Hungary

Role description:
interact with the application clients to understand their business requirement and provide them the proper authentication solution
integrate the applications with the authentication products, troubleshooting, documenting, and work with the business in all the phases (Development / Staging / Production)
independently manage the task till closure
report to the Global Sec Ops Operations manager
adapt to the 24/7 operational infrastructure support model and extend the help during off hours if needed.
MUST have skills
3-4 years of demonstrated information security experience
Strong knowledge of software security for web and mobile applications
Understanding of Java based application and experience in writing test / use cases
Experience in Single Sign On (SSO) products with the web agent configuration experience, just as on the LDAP products i.e, ODSEE (Sun One LDAP) and Unbound Directory
Good knowledge in the Unix and Red hat Linux operating systems
Hands on troubleshooting experience with fiddler / IE http header
Understanding of the network related concepts like DNS / LB / TCP / DMZ
Fluency in English
Nice to have:
ITIL / CISSP certification
Compliance and risk management experience
Strong communication (both writing and verbal) and critical thinking skills
Education.
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
