• Reliability Engineering work for new technology/products of HV IGBT discrete and Module product.

• Identify and address reliability risks of designs and processes of HV IGBT and packaging process, and their interactions.

• Design/Plan reliability tests (Test conditions, test duration, sampling) for the DOE engineering and for the qualification on onsemi system.

• Disposition of reliability failures based on failure analysis and reliability risk assessment.

• Data analysis of reliability results, test and quality data

• Technical analysis of reliability failures related qualification specification consistency and improvement activities.

• Summarize and report-out of reliability data to internal and external customers.

• Actively involved in and work with cross-functional teams on systematic management of risks associated with product quality and reliability issues.

• Responds to Customer inquiry related to Reliability.
