For this role, you will be expected to be located in Czech Republic, Poland or Romania.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Researching websites/contacting vendors to gather technical information and prices on supplies and equipment.

• Obtaining and reviewing competitive bids, quotes, and proposals from vendors and contractors; discussing evaluations and reviewing with requesters and subject matter experts.

• Preparing the New Starters IT equipment.

• Assisting the helpdesk in updating and maintaining inventories for all IT equipment and supplies including location, asset tag number, serial number, make and model of equipment.

• Obtaining courier bookings so equipment is packaged, labelled and ready for shipping to the users; taking this equipment to the courier department.

• Creating, processing and managing annual PO’s for hardware, software and services.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors.

• Actioning all applicable Tickets and Tasks in Service Now.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

• 4+ years of experience in a similar position or 2 + years of experience with an advanced degree.

• Experience of supporting Microsoft Windows/other Microsoft products, web-based applications, Zoom/Webex/Teams, and the ServiceNow ITSM tool.

• Fluency in English.

Nice to Haves

• Fluency in other languages.

• ITIL Foundation or Master Certification.
