The Senior Solution Designer - Integration, for Solutions Development, Design and Integration is working in Bucharest, Romania and is part of North American IT Solution Delivery team.

The role will provide design, development, and integration consulting support on a portfolio of solutions development and enhancement. It will also be responsible for developing IT strategies for development, deployment, administrating, delivery, and support, ensuring consistency with enterprise initiatives and that the software solutions meet business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as Senior Solution Designer on projects, developing interfaces, providing design, development, integration, and consulting support on a portfolio of solution enhancements that may be multi-skilled or platform specific - main tool: Mulesoft

• Design, develop and test integration solutions, and actively engaged in software development & configuration, participating in the design, development, testing and integration of a software product. Collaborating with other IT professionals to integrate solutions and interact with third parties.

• Partners with internal business team and other stakeholders to gather requirements, to analyze them and to identify the integration build technical solutions and functional & technical specifications to develop and deploy new or changed functionalities, features and/or changes in the applications and systems landscape.

• Lead in the introduction and use of techniques, methodologies, and tools to match business requirements, ensuring consistency across all user groups.

• Maintain holistic understanding of systems and environments. Build, review and approve functional, non-functional, and technical specifications which cross applications and/or solutions.

• Contribute to the development of the enterprise architecture and the service and solution architecture through application of appropriate tools, including logical & physical models of components and interfaces along with recognizing potential areas of improvement

• Provide advice on technical aspects of system development and integration, ensuring correct application of relevant Solution Integration strategies, policies, standards, and practices.

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

• 2 years + experience in MuleSoft;

• Experience with architecture, design, development, administration, and configuration experience in Middleware Integration Technologies. Advanced knowledge of integration design patterns.

• Strong background in design cloud integration technologies, like MuleSoft, SAP, Dell Boomi, Informatica etc.

• Hands on Experience with SOAP and REST webservice Integration.

• Experience with API management, including architecture, development of reusable integration content and managing related security & access.

• Knowledge of EDI (electronic data interchange) standards like ANSI X12, EDIFACT etc. and handling EDI Integrations.

• Good experience with AS2, Http/s, FTP/s, SFTP protocols.

• Strong understanding of integration patterns between SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Understanding of strategic issues with a strong authority on the systems development life cycle and typical issues associated throughout the process.

• Practical knowledge of the organization’s IT infrastructure and software development and maintenance methods, tools, and techniques.

• General knowledge of project management, Waterfall, Agile and DevOps concepts & principles.
