Overview:

Senior Manager ESI projects - Will be a member of the ESI Digital Operations and transformation services The role Will directly report to ESI Director Transformation management office.

As the ESI Senior Manager ESI projects, you Will lead projects tactically from Inception to delivery utilizing various project Management methodologies to ensure that project deliverables are on schedule and effectively achieve the goals You Will develop detailed project plans utilizing Global Business Services and project management approaches to build transition plans, risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and effective change management.

You Will lead from the front as a subject matter expert to understand stakeholder objectives and expectations with your continuous Improvement hat and ability to Influence and promote decisions and Improvements You Will facilitate clear and effective communication plans advising on project status, Issues and challenges with all project members and business leads and coordinate Implementation activates providing leadership and structure across operations and functions.

You Will need to have significant project management and transformation experience, knowledgeable in change management, business strategies and processes, ideally within a global or complex organization You Will be an Innovate and strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast paced and multi-tasked environment and experienced in continuous Improvement systems with the ability to measure performance through quality and key metrics management tools.

It goes without saying that you Will be highly numerical with strong analytical skills able to produce and present Information m a clear and concise manner You will possess strong Influencing and rapport building skills with the ability to communicate across a diverse global team You should also be ready to lead any assigned projects or Initiatives as agreed with the ESI Director Transformation management office.

• Understanding of Digital Technology terminology

• Excellent time management, presentation, and organizational skills

• Passion for sharing Information on time. Able to adapt style to different working environments, situations, and cultures.

• Excellent Microsoft office skills including the use and development of templates and the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and VISIO and ShareP01nt applications.

Education:

• Degree In English

• Lean SIX Sigma qualified preferred.
