Title and Summary

Director, Account Management - Head of Sales

Head of Sales for Romania

Responsibilities

• Delivers against sales and net revenue targets at country level

• Designs strategies, messaging, and proposals for customers together with Account Managers on all segments

• Analyzes the customer’s business through profitability modeling financial forecasting and competitive analysis, together with the Account Managers

• Manages key customer relationships at the "VP" and C-level

• Manages execution of sales plans including business development, marketing and product management with Account Team

• Partners with key customers at cluster level to execute and report progress against annual business plans

• Negotiates and executes on the customer agreement process

• Identifies and recommends products to enhance the customers’ profitability

• Formally supervises and coaches an intermediate Account team for all segments is Romania

• Optimizes and deploys resources to increase collaboration between multi-functional teams to successfully execute the segments strategy and plans

• Helps identify and coach top talent within own teams

All About You

• Demonstrated success in customer/sales roles, with specific and demonstrable experience in sales/negotiations/contract management

• Experience and proven track record in account management, managed accounts across multiple regions and/or internationally

• Led cross-functional projects

• Comprehensive experience executing and managing sales strategies

• Excellent financial acumen, revenue management and experience working with P&L

• Strong influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution experience

• Strong track record in commercial and consumer card business with experience with the savings banks organization (ideal)

• Outstanding communication skills from a written, verbal and presentation perspective

• Solid experience of consultative sales and relationship management experience within the financial services or payments industry sectors

• Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities

• Independent operator, team player, highly proactive, agile
