You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Be based in our Clinceni Plant, working in a manufacturing setting

• Provide training on Continuous Improvement tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system

• Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support Continuous Improvement activities

• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps

• Establish new work standards to sustain improvement

• Train and qualify colleagues on Continuous Improvement tools and new work standards resulting from Continuous Improvement activities

• Ensure the IL6S works carry out efficiently in Plant.

• Ensure that all operators, process engineers, line leaders and team leaders are trained and supported to implement the IL6S expectations step by step in the production lines.

• Present and prepare the KPI’s of the plant monthly.

• Organize IL6S Pillar Meetings, follows up of standard Work Processes actions, and specifically carries out works and executes the actions to ensure the complete continuation of DMS Work Process.

• Deliver clear understanding of the requirements for the continuous improvement process requirements (e.g. behaviors attitude and culture) necessary to build a productive environment that sustains productivity delivery and improve safety, quality, and service.

• Support behavioral change across the plant, including support functions, through coaching and influencing employees.

• Collaborate with Human Resources between employee representative groups, management, and employees to develop a sustainable plant continuous improvement culture.

• Be instrumental in achieving the plant conversion productivity target and identifying productivity opportunities to close potential gaps.

• Organize meetings with all plant functions to share continuous improvement status, define next steps in order to raise the performance bar, review plans to deliver sustainable productivity, and develop plans to drive towards a continuous improvement plant culture.

• Ensure efficient use of global communication platforms (intranet, continuous improvement symposium, external sources) to fill the local pipeline with new ideas and best practices, as well as providing the global plant network with local continuous improvement success stories and initiatives. • Manage the Idea Generation System, collaborates with production and maintenance to implement the Ideas and report them to improve Morale.

You will also bring:

• Relevant Engineering/Continuous Improvement Experience : Ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

• Team and Independent Work : Ability to work in teams and independently with appropriate guidance.

• Activity Prioritization and Management : Skill in prioritizing and managing various activities efficiently.

• Problem Identification and Solution Implementation : Proactive identification of problems and creation and implementation of effective solutions.

• Technical Understanding : Ability to apply fundamental technical knowledge to interpret and analyze data and reach clear conclusions.

• Effective Communication : Proficiency in communicating technical information effectively both verbally and in writing, with English proficiency.
