Oracle Business Analyst in BUCHAREST, Romania

The Role

Release management team is looking for a Business Analyst for Cloud Framework, to support global sales initiatives, evening shifts as working program.

As a Cloud Framework Release Analyst, Global Sales Systems, you will:

  • Be a trusted subject matter expert for Cloud Framework CPQ UAT

  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) including, in collaboration with Product managers, writing and executing SILO test scripts, participating to UAT meetings and communications with participants.

  • Execute testing, coordinate, and communicate UAT status and bug reports.

  • Collaborate across Global Sales Systems, Corporate Systems, Internal IT and Product Management to validate sales solutions and provide product feedback.

  • Work closely with the Product management team across the project lifecycle to create and coordinate project deliverables.

  • Develop divisional and cross systems partnerships.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Good knowledge of planning and executing testing. Business UAT coordination is a plus.

  • Experience of Sales Systems and Process is a Plus.

  • Able to communicate with and influence development teams.

  • Proactive, “can do’ attitude.

  • Works well independently and within a team.

  • Detail orientated with proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Goal oriented and capable of completing tasks on time with minimal supervision.

  • Works well under pressure with tight deadlines.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Sales or similar background

  • Good English communication (Written and Verbal)

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office – good (3/5)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business with exposure to project management / business analysis

  • Experience planning/coordinating others
