Nestle Management and Marketing Assistant in Brussels, Belgium

Position Summary

Nestlé is seeking a Management and Marketing Assistant to join our Nestlé Waters team. As the Management Assistant, you will provide essential support to the General Manager of Nestlé Waters BeNeLux, managing schedules, planning meetings, handling mailboxes, organizing travel, and overseeing administrative tasks. Additionally, as the Marketing Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Nestlé Waters Marketing team, , managing the purchase order process, assisting brand managers with the creation and validation of packaging labels, coordinating with suppliers and business partners, and organizing external events and actions. You will also play a vital role as our Happiness@work champion, fostering a positive work environment within our Nestlé Waters team.

A day in the life of a Management and Marketing Assistant

  • Proactively manage the agenda of the General Manager, including organizing and prioritizing appointments and meetings.

  • Coordinate the meetings schedule and ensure all necessary organizational tasks are completed.

  • Coordinate the internal communication and drive the preparation of PowerPoint presentation for key meetings.

  • Responsible for the Happiness@Work project, organizing team activities and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Arrange and coordinate travel logistics for the manager and other team members.

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Management Team.

  • Manage the Purchase Order process and monitor budgets.

  • Ensure timely delivery of products and materials to brand events.

  • Review packaging labels and coordinate the creation of packaging visuals

  • Update product descriptions and visuals in relevant databases for commercial purposes

What will make you successful

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English, both written and verbal, with a focus on effective and professional interaction.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and ideally in SAP.

  • Proven experience in efficiently managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and optimizing time for executives.

  • Strong background in organizing events and managing projects

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle unexpected situations, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Demonstrated understanding of and experience in utilizing digital tools and technology.

  • A service-oriented mindset, meticulous attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, adept problem-solving skills, and proactive approach.
