Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estates! For our ESG department, we're currently looking for an ESG-Sustainability Consultant. You will get the chance to manage the implementation and reporting of ESG strategy for our clients (developer, investors, building- owners and tenants), deliver measurable improvements in ESG performance and engagement, in support of our clients' business objectives. Your duty is both technical and administrative ranging from technical consultancy to buildings assessment and certification. What’s in it for you?

Delivering a variety of energy consultancy services to Clients and provide expert energy advice to internal and external stakeholders. Services include:

• Energy and Carbon audits (including analysis of Building Management System (BMS) strategies)

• Transition risk analysis (using CRREM or any relevant Net Zero framework)

• Support on the implementation of energy conservation measures effective data gathering, assurance and insight development

• Assist in the design, development, and evolution of the ESG strategies and guidance documents

Let’s talk about you

• You have at least 2 years work experience in in technical architecture or engineering and experience in the field of energy consulting, auditing, optimization, and certification both in case of new developments and existing buildings renovation

• You have experience in preparing corporate ESG/sustainability reports

• You have high oral and written advisory skills in French or Dutch and English

• You have experience as technical advisor and have pragmatic and analytic approach in advising clients on building energy optimization and integration of sustainability- related aspects within different projects and project-stages

• You can master with high- efficiency different kind of assignments and are ready to tackle new tasks even if outside from your direct experience
