Nestle Customer Solutions Analyst in Brussels, Belgium

Position Summary

In order to complete our Customer Service team in the Supply Chain department, we are currently looking for a Customer Solutions Analyst.

In this position, you will not only help our customers solve their issues but you will help us to implement a new way of working to transform existing processes and win with Customers.

You will implement and drive a specific approach to gain in efficiency and to win in Customer satisfaction. You will work along the entire business process, resolve issues, and provide guidance for the day-today operations.

A day in the life of a Customer Solutions Analyst

  • You are in charge of your own customer’s portfolio (B2B), contacting them and collaborating with them to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

  • You provide response or feedback for order-related concerns (deliveries, billing concerns ...).

  • You have good stakeholder management skills since you'll regularly have transversal interactions / relationships with other departments within the Operations team (Logistics team, Demand and Planning team), a center of operations in Portugal and with Sales / Marketing).

  • You're continuously driving and encouraging improvements whilst meeting the internal and external KPI's.

What Will Make You Successful

  • You're someone that wants to be part of a department that transforms existing processes and win with Customers, that feels comfortable to work in transformation and changing environments.

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or Engineering or equivalent by experience.

  • You have a passion for working with customers internally and externally based on trust and want to develop long-term relationships.

  • A previous experience in customer service or sales finance is an asset.

  • You are fluent in Dutch with a professional knowledge of French and English (daily contact with our colleagues in Lisbon).

  • You like efficiency, have strong organisational skills and a pro-active way of working.
