As a Business Analyst you will play a key role in turning the vision of J&J MedTech Belgium into reality: to shape a future where medical intervention is smarter, less invasive, and more personalized. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing organisation to turn data into insights and lead initiatives to increase our sales force efficiency and improve sales and marketing processes.

Main areas of responsibility / expected results / objectives

  • Connecting with the business on a daily base to get a deeper understanding how we can cocreate business relevant data driven decision making functionalities.

  • Providing analytical, project, systems, and data support to support business decision making to enable us achieving our sales objectives using Power Platform (Power BI, Power App, Excel, Dataverse …)

  • Be an ambassador of intelligent automation and GEN AI by sharing best practices and drive co-creation and deployment of new functionalities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong analytical skills and drive to analyze and synthesize data to come to operational and strategic insights

  • Ability to connect and effectively collaborate across a diverse group of business and cross-functional partners

  • Master degree in Information management, Business administration, Data Science, Finance or engineering (or equivalent)

  • Min 3 years of experience in a role requiring strong analytical and skills

  • Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French, written and spoken

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI. Experience with other Power Platform tools is a plus (Power App, Power Automate, Dataverse, …)

  • Able to manage a diverse set of activities with a structured, project-oriented mind-set

  • Strong communication skills

  • Driven by results & excellence in the job, mentality to make things happen

  • Integrity and Credo-based leadership

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a sophisticated, multinational matrix organization

  • Previous experience in a sales and/or marketing environment (in the healthcare industry)

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Suite of applications / CRM systems is a significant plus
