salary: $14 - $16 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Compose and type routine correspondence.

  • Organize and maintain the file system, and file correspondence and other records.

  • Answer and screen the manager's telephone calls, and arrange conference calls.

  • Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.

  • Route incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.

  • Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance.

  • Prepare transfer requests for cars and nightly close.

  • Ensure the security of payments and/or cash for the office.

  • Maintain customer files.

  • Respond to management direction and instructions, assist the Office Manager when needed.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.

  • Follow company policies and procedures and support the company mission, vision, values, and standards of ethics.

  • Ensure daily attendance to complete all duties in a timely fashion.
