Our client in Taylor, MI is searching for Building Maintenance.  Building maintenance workers are responsible for a variety of responsibilities (listed below) on 1st shift, Monday-Friday with possible OT, $16-19 per hour.  Hi-L experience is a plus. must have steel toed work boots and be able to pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen.

Empty all trash cans into dumpster

• Empty compressor water tank

• Dust Mop the entire shop then use the floor scrubber

• Clean compressor air filter

• Sweep and mop saw & grinding islands

• Dust cars off daily

• Wash & vacuum cars as needed

• Sweep & clean machine shop and sand blast room

• Scrap hoppers emptied weekly

• Monitor waste oil containers

• Knows how to drive a hi-low or willing to learn

• Crate engines from factory steel rack
