Superior Energy Services Shop Helper-HB Rentals in Broussard, Louisiana

We are currently looking for a Shop Helper to join our team in Broussard, LA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading and unloading equipment while operating a forklift.

  • Responsible for the cleanliness, pressure washing, maintenance and proper disposal of debris on property.

  • General shop and yard housekeeping.

  • Assist with pressure washing equipment for rent ready status.

  • Assist as helper with tradesmen on floor (joiner, electrician, hvac, etc)

  • Maintain organization of the shop and supply storage.

  • Follow established safety policies and procedures.

  • On a rotation basis, will be required to be on call when scheduled.

  • Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.

  • Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.

  • This position has the potential to learn a trade with on-the-job training

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.

  • Certification operating a forklift preferred.

  • Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
