TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Broomfield, Colorado

Job Description:

  • Conduct high volume outbound calls to collect on overdue toll road bills

  • Educate customers on different payment plan options and answer any questions

  • Set up payment arrangements and offer solutions

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience within the last year

  • MUST be bilingual in Spanish OR Portuguese (speak, read, and write)

  • Basic computer and math skills (internet browser, MS Office, and typing)

Hours of Operation: Monday-Thursday 11am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm, with Rotating Saturdays 9am-6pm (40 hours/week)

Start Date: June 17th or as soon as possible

Location: Broomfield, CO - ONSITE (northwest of Denver)
