CliftonLarsonAllen Billing Services Technician II in Broomfield, Colorado

CLA is looking for a team memberwho specializes inBilling Services & Customer Servicethat will support the accounts receivable process for multiple clients. They will handle numerous customer service calls related to billings, property ownership changes, and more.

Customer Service / Client Expertise:Serves as the first level of escalation for customer service inquiries on all billing service clients. Coordinates property ownership change requests, preparation of final billings, and new customer setups. Researches ownership issues with the county assessor, maintains records and processes notes on customer accounts. Assists with preparation and mailing of customer bills, delinquent notices, collects and posts payments on account, assists with payment arrangements, and prepares shut-off notices.

Client Support: Assists with rate increases, preparation of consumption reports, water budgets, and mailing of newsletters. Prepares drafts of correspondence to support communications with residents and others.

Requirements:

Experience:minimum three years of customer service experience with strong data entry skills. Three or more years familiarity with Account Receivable principles.

Education:High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in customer service or business related field a plus.

The wage range for this position is: $22.93 - 27.51 - 32.10 USD Hourly Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
