Camping World is seeking a Receptionist for our growing team!

Camping World is currently seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Receptionist to join our busy team! You will be a key contributor to providing a meaningful customer experience. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of demonstrating internal and external customer service with a desire to grow within our organization. Pay rate up to $18/hour depending on past professional experience.

What You’ll Do:

· First point of customers via phone and in-person

· Provide excellent internal and external customer service

· Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is accurate

· Oversee customer lounge is clean and well-stocked

· Provide assistance to Sales, Service and Retail teams with clerical responsibilities

· Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s)

· Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls

What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

· High School education or equivalent

· Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred

· Ideally past administrative or clerical experience, open to hospitality and restaurant backgrounds

· Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word

· Ability to proactively multitask with integrity

· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills

· Strong ability to take initiative, coupled with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation

· Ability to work 40 hours with one weekend day per week

· May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

Pay Range:

$14.00-$16.33 Hourly
