We are looking for a Medical Appointment Scheduler/Receptionist to join our team. Schedulers are responsible for scheduling patient medical appointments and procedures for multi-specialty, multi-location clinics. In addition, you will also be trained as a Medical Receptionist to welcome patients and visitors, updating patient information, collecting payments, and schedule appointments. This position does require traveling to our clinic locations located in Crystal, Maple Grove, Osseo and Plymouth as needed. Responsibilities: Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling for appointments and procedures for multi-specialty and multi-location clinics Delivers quality customer service by answering incoming patient phone calls Verifying patient information with confidentiality, as well as collecting co-pays and previous balances Scheduling follow-up appointments and procedures as necessary Communicate with patients and patient s family to ensure completion of appropriate patient forms Complies with procedures and policies to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA standards Performs other related duties as assigned
