Description

We are offering an exciting direct hire opportunity with a client near Brooklyn, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the processing of weekly, multi-state payroll

• Font office support to the project management team

• Assist with entering garnishments into the system

• Assist with monthly taxes and reporting

• Assist with accounts receivable, payables, managing checks and logging into the system; adjustments

• Assist with month-end close procedures

Requirements

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years’ experience with payroll

• Degree NOT NEEDED if the experience is there

• Knowledgeable with payroll and light understanding of taxes– experience with union reporting would be helpful

• Multi-state payroll experience

• Knowledge of AP and AR

• Positive attitude, Committed to the job

• Foundations Software experience (BONUS)

• Knowledgeable in MS Excel
