Magna Technology Group is seeking Senior Solutions Architects (Project Manager) to plan and manage technical projects across Salesforce Ecosystems including Marketing Cloud Engagement, Intelligence, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud (55%). Work directly with clients to develop technical roadmaps, review clients’ scope of work as well as feasibility of use case (10%). Develop work plans and project stages, assessing business implications for each stage (5%). Manage workflow to meet project timeframes (10%). Lead, train and guide the work of developers and analysts (5%). Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met (10%). Lead company-wide technical innovation; leveraging knowledge on multiple softwares to enable increased capability in technical development, increased sales capacity for new deals and retainers, better implementations for complex use cases and higher customer satisfaction (5%).Position requires a Master’s degree in Information Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Architecture, or related STEM field, plus one year of experience as Analyst, Data Analyst, Senior Analyst, Developer or similar occupation**All required experience must include experience in a digital consultancy/professional services/integrations firm or managed services organization; experience leading implementation of Salesforce projects; experience with cloud software and at least 3 programming languages such as CSS, IS, JavaScript, HTML, Python, SQL, Ampscript, R Code or C++; experience on at least 4 Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Personalization, Tableau, Pardot, Experience Cloud, Loyalty, Personalization, Marketing Cloud Engagement, or Interaction studio).Multiple positions available.
