Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Senior Financial Analyst within our team. In this role, you will partner with project managers to help ensure that they have the data that they need to make timely and accurate business decisions that help drive positive outcomes for Voyatek and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and operational leaders to gather and analyze financial data related to project performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with accounting team to assist in month-end close processes and support audits.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and on-going financial planning activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to project managers and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help solve problems relating to day-to-day business management.
  • Support pricing and other initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting
  • 5+ years relevant experience with project finance
  • 5 + years of experience with MS Office, strong Excel skills required
  • Familiarity with US GAAP - preferred, not required.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $80,800 to $129,300. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This position is classified as exempt.
