ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Coordinator is a vital part of the Project Management team, reporting to the Manager of Strategic Projects.

The Project Coordinator works between the Merchandising teams – Buying, Experiences, Product Development, and Purchasing – and the Creative team to support asset production and speed-to-market for new item launches. The role supports the same group in enacting the quarterly print catalog project plan, as laid out by the catalog Project Manager. With additional opportunities to support the Project Management team with larger-scale projects or to lead more focused pieces of work as they arise, this is an excellent role for someone looking to grow their project management skills and gain hands-on experience while working in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate is process-minded, a creative problem solver, and can build relationships across all business units and organizational levels. Success in this role is defined by swift and detailed communication across departments, a resultant accuracy and ease in asset creation and approval, and the punctual completion of timelines.

This hybrid role works on-site at our waterfront Brooklyn location 2 days per week, preferably on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support ongoing asset maintenance by assigning out and tracking work in the Asana ticketing system.

  • Maintain and update status reporting on pipeline objectives, including key strategy initiatives and speed-to-market.

  • Assist Project Managers with various tasks related to larger-scale projects, as they arise.

  • Drive continuous improvement on new item pipeline and catalog production processes.
