Clean designated assigned common areas. This includes but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting, polishing furniture, cleaning glass, etc. Troubleshoot/repair resident service requests. This includes but is not limited to appliance repair, HVAC repair, plumbing and electrical.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
