We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Field Operations and Shift Manager in Brooklyn, New York. The selected candidate will primarily oversee the scheduling of a diverse team of carpenters, among other responsibilities. This role has a significant focus on administrative tasks and requires fluency in both English and Spanish. The ability to travel between job sites within Brooklyn is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling for a team of approximately 20 independent carpenters.

• Ensure fluent communication with the team in both English and Spanish.

• Travel between different job sites in Brooklyn as required.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software for administrative tasks.

• Oversee the process of employee timesheets, including reviewing and processing them.

• Assist with onboarding new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.

• Involve in administrative assistance in various construction projects.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities.

• Resolve any issues or inquiries related to timesheets and scheduling promptly and efficiently.

• Ensure adherence to all company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desired

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software is desired

• Fluency in Spanish language is required

• Experience with Employee Timesheets is necessary

• Ability to review and manage timesheets is essential

• Should have experience providing Administrative Assistance

• Knowledge of Onboarding process is a plus

• Experience with Construction Projects is preferred

• Willing to learn the Payroll process
