Job Purpose

ICE Bonds is a leading provider of electronic fixed income trading solutions that provides firms with access to centralized liquidity and automated, cost-efficient trade execution services. Comprised of multiple fixed income electronic trading platforms, including BondPoint and TMC, ICE Bonds allows clients to view and execute transactions in a broad array of fixed income products through a suite of execution protocols, including:

We are seeking an experienced candidate to help facilitate the delivery of strategic project initiatives for our customized Broker/Advisor workstation. The role will develop the business requirements for new features and functionality as well as assist in identifying opportunities in existing and new client implementations. The role requires working closely with the internal business and development teams as well as key clients. The candidate must have a solid understanding of client workflows, product functionality including front-end user experience and post trade integrations.

This position will report to Sr. Director of ATS Platform and Product Management.

Responsibilities

  • Focused on overall front-end customer experience and workflows
  • Coordinate product initiatives for new client integrations and key client enhancements
  • Manage and develop business and client workflow profiles
  • Development of business requirements for project work items
  • Sales Management Support - Coordination and communication on all new initiatives
  • Client support - Coordination of response to client queries and issues

Knowledge and Experience

  • Electronic fixed income domain knowledge
  • Skilled in user experience and front-end application workflow
  • Ability to understand business activities
  • Confident, self-starter who embraces change and enjoys working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and internal partners
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Four-year bachelor's degree in information systems, business, finance or accounting, or related discipline
  • Experience managing multiple activities and basic project management skills Financial Services industry professional with fixed income experience/knowledge preferred.

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of 1 day per week.

Base Salary Range for New York Candidates

The expected base salary for this role is between $149,900 - 408,000. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
