Position Title: Director of Culinary

Reports To: VP of Cuilnary

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

Job Summary

This Director of Cuilnary will implement and support the operational maintenance of all food related programs within their assigned region. They will also play a key role in the opening of new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides support for regional accounts in all aspects of culinary operations to ensure contractual obligations are met

• Assists in implementing corporate and regional programs based on Sector and Regulatory standards

• Identifies and communicate strategies to improve customer and client satisfaction

• Identifies and implements training programs to ensure high quality food and service at facilities

• Encourages compliance with purchasing programs and initiatives

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from a recognized Culinary school, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Food Service or Hospitality Management Program

• Five (5) years of progressive food service management experience, two (2) in a multi-unit setting

• Ability to operate a standard computer, including proficient use of MS Office applications

• ServSafe certified within one (1) year of date of hire

• Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience with developing and executing culinary training programs at various skill levels
