We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Software Developer located in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This role requires a professional who has a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a passion for creating efficient, scalable web applications. The successful candidate will have a broad set of technical skills, a deep understanding of engineering principles, and a keen eye for design and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and maintain high-quality web applications, ensuring clean and efficient code.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, and launch new features.

• Translate UI/UX designs into technical implementations, ensuring their feasibility.

• Seamlessly integrate front-end and back-end components of the application.

• Enhance application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

• Participate in code reviews and actively engage in knowledge sharing within the team.

• Develop web applications using technologies such as Apache Struts, Backend Development, C++, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Ajax, API Development, ASP.NET, CSS, Azure SQL Database, Java, JavaScript, .NET.

• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and engage effectively with stakeholders at various technical levels.

Requirements

Position is 5 days Onsite M-F

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• A minimum of three years experience in software development

• Expertise in Apache Struts and Backend Development is essential

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, and JavaScript

• Experience with .NET and ASP.NET is required

• Understanding of Database Systems and Azure SQL Database

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is advantageous

• Familiarity with AB Testing and Ajax

• Experience in API Development is necessary

• Proficiency in CSS for frontend development

• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented setting

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
