In this position...

You'll be in a Supplemental (temporary) assignment, to train new Supervisors on Process Coach (PC) and Ford Production System (FPS) training.

What you'll do...

• Lead the development and delivery of Process Coach (PC) Development training

• Work with training leader and departments on training plan and scheduling participants to complete the training

• Review and modify training materials, as needed to meet PC Development guidelines

• Organize graduation ceremonies for participants

• Organize subject matter experts, to participate in the training program

• Organize plant management to meet and greet and or perform skip level discussions, during training

You'll have...

• High school diploma

• Minimum 5+ years of Manufacturing & Supervisory Experience

Even better, you may have...

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or technical field

• Broad production experience

• Strong ability to interface with hourly team members, salaried personnel and plant management
