Provides excellent customer service/telephone manner when answering and screening calls for HR Director/ Personnel Staff. Forwards calls to appropriate personnel and transfers messages to intended individuals.Arranges conference calls as need for HR Director/ Associate Director.Manages the HR Director/ Associate Director calendars correspondence. Organizes and prioritizes tasks related to correspondence. Keep all correspondence confidential.Transcribes from voice recordings as requested and keeper of site meetings, huddles, and staff discussions.Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person.Arranges and coordinates schedules and reservationsCoordinates and arranges all meetings by preparing agendas, reserving facilities, recording and transcribing minutes of meetings.Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance for administration department.Responsible for seeking assistance in the event of trouble shooting a machine. Ex: copy, fax machine, etc.

Minimum Salary: 58,500 Maximum Salary: 62,400 Salary Unit: Yearly
