Description

We are providing a part-time role in the Real Estate & Property industry in Bronx, New York, for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This role is crucial for maintaining our financial records, including processing payments and updating financial records. This role offers a long-term, 6 month contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer credit records

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Provide support by photocopying and scanning essential documents

• File documents in an organized manner for easy retrieval

• Use Microsoft Excel for maintaining and updating customer data

• Provide ad-hoc support to the Accounts Receivable team as needed

• Resolve any customer inquiries regarding their accounts

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

• Assist in making copies of checks for record-keeping

• Support the Accounts Receivable manager in day-to-day functions

Requirements

• Ability to carry out tasks such as copying and photocopying/scanning documents efficiently

• Experience in filing and document management is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Must have interest in the Real Estate & Property industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
