The IT Project Manager is responsible for driving our IT projects related to our ERP landscape in close collaboration with business stakeholders across Radiometer locations. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with our IT PMO and support the funnel management of ERP projects. This position is part of the Digital & IT organization located in Brønshøj and will be working onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the ERP, Test & Validation team and report to the Senior Manager of ERP, Test & Validation responsible for our Global ERP platforms and integrated solutions including test and validation across solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of new technologies and systems

  • Build and lead high-performing project teams, including functional consultants, developers, testers, and other IT professionals

  • Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and risks to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards

  • Work with Radiometer's technology landscape within ERP primarily focusing on the operations area, including the latest technologies and systems used in the medical device industry

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working as IT Project Manager preferably in a global context

  • Good project management skills and toolbox within the different project methodologies. Experience with both agile and waterfall approaches. Experience delivering in a fully agile product organizations is a plus

  • Good leadership capabilities, communication skills and experienced with stakeholder management at all levels

  • Proactive, customer focused, analytical and systematic with a profound cultural awareness and a track-record in successfully managing a broad range of stakeholders

  • Ability to travel to other Radiometer locations approx. 5%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience leading cross functional and/or complex projects in an international and regulated environment preferred, with focus on delivering business value of IT (creating of business cases and benefit tracking)

  • Experience leading process improvements within production, supply chain and logistics preferred

  • Experience with resource and portfolio management
