System One Manager of Operations in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

System One is actively seeking a Manager of Operations for a permanent position located in Broken Arrow, OK.

This Manager of Operations is responsible for operations of a multi-location distribution and assembly business. As a Manager of Operations, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the organization to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You are a key player in the success of the organization, working closely with other leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develops and implements strategies that ensure the organization runs efficiently and effectively.

  • Manages a team of employees and ensures they are working towards organizational goals and objectives.

  • Provides guidance and feedback to help employees improve their performance and reach their full potential.

  • Tracks employee progress towards development goals and provide feedback and support as needed using our performance management system.

  • Analyzes data and performance metrics to determine areas of improvement and make recommendations to senior management.

  • Develops and implements policies and procedures that ensure the organization operates within legal and ethical guidelines.

  • Ensures that the organization delivers products and services that meet or exceed quality standards.

  • Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as peers, customers, other SSCs, and Swagelok Company.

  • Identifies and manages risks that may impact the organization's operations and implements strategies to mitigate those risks.

  • Leads change management initiatives to ensure the organization can adapt to new business models and market conditions.

  • Develops and manages operational budgets to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to achieve organizational goals.

  • Participates in strategic planning and helps to develop the organization's long-term goals and objectives.

  • Plans and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the organization, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

  • Demonstrates a complete and thorough understanding of local company policies, strategies, our quality system (SQS), employee manual and corporate policies.

    Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience serving in a leadership position with proven success in progression of responsibility.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point

  • SAP – Preferably Business One / Customer relationship management software – CRM

  • General understanding of data analysis and business intelligence reporting

  • Must be able to work in a team environment.

  • Must be detail oriented and organized, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills, focus on results and solid business acumen.

  • Previous Quality Management experience in a manufacturing setting, is preferred.
